Plastopang is a clear, PVC based, flammable, two-part cold vulcanizing cement. It is oil resistant and will cure to most PVC and Polyurethane compounds.   Applications: Plastopang is excellent for bonding PVC belts, PVC cleats, polyurethane belts, V guides and edge walls.
